Blumberr is a technology platform designed to connect healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations and facilitate professional opportunities, recruitment, communication, and related services.
The Platform may enable users to create professional profiles, discover opportunities, post or apply for jobs, communicate with other users, participate in professional activities, and access technology-enabled features.
Blumberr acts as a technology platform and facilitator. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Blumberr is not the employer, recruiter, staffing agency, placement agency, or contracting party for opportunities posted by organizations on the Platform.
Any employment, engagement, consultancy, freelance, locum, contractual, or other professional relationship formed between an HCP and an organization is between those parties.
Eligibility
You must meet the applicable legal age and eligibility requirements to use the Platform.
By registering, you represent that:
- the information you provide is accurate and current;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- you will maintain the accuracy of your information;
- you will not impersonate another person or organization;
- you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Where professional registration, qualification, license, or other credentials are required for a particular role, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet those requirements.
User Accounts
Certain Platform features may require registration.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate registration information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- keeping your information updated;
- preventing unauthorized access to your account; and
- notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must not share your account credentials with another person or permit another person to access the Platform through your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that account information is false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.
Healthcare Professional Profiles
Healthcare professionals may create profiles containing information such as:
- name and professional information;
- qualifications and educational background;
- professional registration details;
- employment history;
- areas of specialization;
- skills and experience;
- location and availability;
- documents and credentials;
- professional preferences; and
- other information voluntarily provided by the user.
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to your profile is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.
You must not upload, submit, or publish documents or information belonging to another person without lawful authority or consent.
Verification of Information
Blumberr may provide or facilitate verification of certain information, credentials, professional registrations, documents, or profiles using available sources, third-party services, public databases, or verification partners.
Verification may be subject to the availability, accuracy, and reliability of information received from such sources.
A verification status or badge indicates only that a particular verification process has been completed according to the applicable process. It does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or representation by Blumberr regarding a user’s professional competence, conduct, suitability, or future performance.
Users remain responsible for independently evaluating the suitability of another user or organization.
Job Postings
Organizations may use the Platform to create and publish job opportunities.
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that job postings:
- contain accurate information;
- accurately describe the role and requirements;
- comply with applicable laws;
- do not contain discriminatory or unlawful requirements;
- do not misrepresent compensation, responsibilities, or employment conditions; and
- are for genuine professional opportunities.
Blumberr reserves the right to review, modify, restrict, reject, or remove job postings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our platform standards.
Job Applications
Healthcare professionals may use the Platform to apply for opportunities.
Submitting an application does not guarantee:
- an interview;
- selection;
- employment;
- engagement;
- compensation; or
- any other outcome.
Hiring decisions are made by the relevant organization.
Blumberr does not guarantee that an organization will review, respond to, or act upon an application.
Employment and Professional Relationships
Any employment, consultancy, freelance, locum, contractual, internship, or other professional relationship resulting from interactions on the Platform is solely between the relevant parties.
Blumberr does not guarantee:
- the conduct of an organization or HCP;
- the accuracy of every user-provided representation;
- the availability of a position;
- the suitability of a candidate;
- the quality of an organization;
- compensation or employment conditions; or
- the outcome of any recruitment process.
Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into any professional relationship.
Communications
The Platform may provide communication features that enable users to interact with one another.
Users must communicate lawfully and professionally.
You must not use the Platform to:
- harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another person;
- distribute spam or unsolicited promotional material;
- transmit malicious software;
- solicit unlawful services;
- share fraudulent information;
- engage in discriminatory conduct;
- collect personal information without authorization; or
- otherwise misuse the communication functionality.
Blumberr may take appropriate action where communication activity violates these Terms or applicable law.
AI-Powered Features
Blumberr may provide AI-assisted features, including but not limited to job recommendations, candidate matching, resume assistance, profile assistance, screening support, document processing, or other intelligent tools.
AI-generated outputs are intended to assist users and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.
AI-generated recommendations or results should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgment, human review, verification, or independent decision-making.
Organizations remain responsible for recruitment and hiring decisions.
Healthcare professionals remain responsible for reviewing information generated or suggested by AI before using it.
Blumberr does not guarantee that AI-generated results will be complete, accurate, unbiased, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Documents and User Content
Users may upload or submit documents, images, resumes, credentials, professional information, messages, reviews, and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights necessary for Blumberr to operate the Platform.
By submitting User Content, you grant Blumberr the necessary permission to host, store, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the relevant Platform services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that:
- you have the necessary rights to submit the content;
- the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- the content does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights; and
- submitting the content does not violate any applicable law or contractual obligation.
Reviews and Ratings
Where the Platform enables reviews, ratings, or feedback, users must provide information honestly and in good faith.
Users must not:
- submit fabricated reviews;
- submit reviews in exchange for improper benefits;
- impersonate another person;
- manipulate ratings;
- post defamatory or unlawful content; or
- use reviews to harass or threaten another person.
Blumberr may moderate, restrict, or remove reviews or ratings that violate applicable policies or law.
Prohibited Use
You must not use the Platform to:
- commit or facilitate unlawful activity;
- create fraudulent accounts;
- impersonate individuals or organizations;
- provide false professional credentials;
- upload malicious code;
- interfere with Platform security;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Platform data without authorization;
- use automated systems to access the Platform without permission;
- send spam or unsolicited communications;
- discriminate unlawfully;
- publish misleading job opportunities;
- solicit users for fraudulent schemes; or
- otherwise misuse the Platform.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, trademarks, content, graphics, interfaces, databases, technology, and underlying systems, is owned by or licensed to Blumberr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
- copy;
- reproduce;
- modify;
- distribute;
- publish;
- reverse engineer;
- create derivative works from;
- commercially exploit; or
- otherwise use
any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.
“Blumberr”, “MedBlumberr”, and associated logos and marks are trademarks or intellectual property of the Company or its licensors, as applicable.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, technologies, databases, APIs, payment providers, verification providers, communication services, or other external platforms.
Use of such services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by those third parties.
Blumberr is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or operation of third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Fees and Payments
Certain Platform features or services may be offered for a fee.
Where applicable, the applicable pricing, payment terms, subscription terms, credits, validity periods, taxes, cancellation conditions, and other commercial terms will be communicated to the relevant user before purchase.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, fees paid for services are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under the applicable commercial terms.
Blumberr reserves the right to modify pricing or introduce new paid services, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Platform Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable and secure Platform but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be:

- error-free;
- secure from every possible threat; or
- compatible with every device or software environment.

- a candidate will be selected;
- a recruitment process will result in employment;
- AI-generated information will always be accurate;
- verification will identify every possible discrepancy; or
- use of the Platform will result in any particular professional or business outcome.
Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and conducting their own due diligence.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blumberr and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.
This may include, without limitation, losses relating to employment decisions, hiring decisions, professional relationships, loss of income, business interruption, or reliance on information provided by another user.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blumberr, MedBlumberr Technologies Private Limited, and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your misuse of the Platform;
- your User Content;
- your violation of another person’s rights; or
- your violation of applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to your account or the Platform where we reasonably believe that:
- you have violated these Terms;
- you have provided false or misleading information;
- your activity creates a security or legal risk;
- your activity may harm another user or the Platform; or
- suspension or termination is otherwise required by applicable law.
You may discontinue your use of the Platform at any time.
Certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after termination where their nature requires continued application.
